Boil Roux sounds like the name of a restaurant you would see in New England that claimed to be a New Orleans style Cajun restaurant.

We used to go a few years ago.
It’s actually called Boil & Roux.
I remember it being decent. A little spicy for my taste.
They sell Soul food as well.
