Reunion with Jermon Bushrod? [Mod Edit - He's back] (2 Viewers)

Isn't Bushrod like 80 years old or something?

I seem to remember him getting beat, especially by speed rushers off the edge, or having to help him out with chips from the RB quite often, when he was playing LT for us.

Am I the only one thinking this might not be too good of an idea?

This is why he is a backup not a starter for us.

Ha. Just yesterday morning I told my dad that if we lose Kelemete, I bet we sign Bushrod again. Usually, if you're good enough to play tackle, you can slide inside and play guard. It's not as easy of a switch the other way around, which is why Peat is so important to keep healthy.

This is from Rotoworld:

This is a homecoming for Bushrod, who began his career as a fourth-round pick by the Saints in 2007. The one-time tackle struggled at guard during his two years in Miami, but he could prove to be valuable as a swing lineman in New Orleans.
