My wife and I were just rattling off the great shows and movies he was in...and we just realized that his resume' is as impressive as anyone's in Hollywood.

thats the thing that I have been looking at for the last hour too. when you pull back and gets a birds-eye view of his life's work, its amazing.
 
one of my favorite movies when I was a kid was Popeye.

Had no idea that he was battling depression. He seemed to be the least depressed person on the planet

So sad.

"If only" Robin could have asked for help, one more time.

With access to the best Doctors on the planet, this deep depression might have been treatable.
 
Jonathan Winters (who, of course, starred with Robin in "Mork and Mindy") also suffered from bipolar disorder and nervous breakdowns. He got to live out his life, though, only dying last year at age 87.

Most comedians are not happy guys.
