Anyone know how to make their hamburger po-boy? It has some filler but looking to make a fried one like theirs.

I'll have the onion hoops and the veal parm and chase it all down with a Barq's in a bottle, thank you very much. Though the Hamburger Po-Boy is a close second.

I grew up in The Parish and I had no idea they even made a "Hamburger Po-Boy." I only ever ate the onion rings, Veal Parmesan, Baked Macaroni and Bushaloni. Eating anything else there is a waste IMO.

they also do a pretty good roast beef po boy. That sandwich is huge and it is good. Not R & O's good, but tasty regardless...

Veal Parmesan and baked macaroni with red or brown gravy on top. Onion rings to share with my wife and two barq's root beers in glass bottles. After all that, this fat man goes home a happy camper and takes a long nap.
