Tonight is the caucus from 5pm to 8pm. This is the only vote that counts, the primary on Feb9th doesn't matter compared to this. It's important that you guys all get out and vote in the LA caucus tonight.

Any results back yet? From what I have been reading Ron Paul absolutely rocked district 7 but I'm not reading much about any of the other districts.

I believe that it does...I hope he rocked more than one district though. Too bad this wasn't last night when I was at home in my district...

Just like in Nevada? The only candidate he hasn't beat now is Romney. All the while not being broke and having to ask his staff to work for free.

All this and yet he still has absolutely no chance what so ever of winning the republican nomination for president. He seriously needs to run as an independent if he wants to even be on the ballot for president.

First, if he defects to independent then it will just ensure a democrat in the white house.

It is funny how people say things like that when two weeks ago everyone thought Huck was going to win the nomination or how a month ago everyone thought it was going to be Rudy. Heck, NOBODY thought Obama would be upsetting Hillary.

This race is far from over. Look at it like NASCAR, consistency wins the race.

We all know that advertising directly relates to votes. I just don't know how some of these guys with almost zero money left compete on Super Tuesday?

I wonder what the turnout numbers were. Having to drive up to an an hour to select delegates had to discourage participation.

Paul got 11 out of 15 delegates in either district 4 of 5. The campaign HQ didn't say which district.

From what I am hearing Paul dominated district 7 to the point it looked like a Ron Paul rally. Romney was the only other candidate that even put a information booth up here. Most that went said Paul had a 2:1 turnout over ALL other candidates not 2:1 over x candidate. Some were saying it was closer to 3 or 4:1.

People in District 6 are reporting big numbers for Paul turned out but no firm numbers there yet either.

District 1 (New Orleans) wasn't as good as the other districts but from what the people on the ground were saying is that people were very open to listening, some were converted at the caucus and good numbers turned out. Just wish there was some results around. Ron Paul could end up stealing the delegates in Louisiana.

Huckabee's supporters had their faith "rocked" tonight because so many "so-called" Christians were voting for Ron Paul.


Someone just claimed WWL said Paul easily won but it looks like they type of post that comes out on the SSF just before the draft. By brother said wwl said............

Seriously, this is starting to get somewhat sad and pathetic. I think it's funny, but still a little sad. Like when some kid who thinks he can sing goes on American Idol and gets his dream of stardom shattered. I laugh at loud while still feeling a little sorry for the kid.
