1) SF spent a lot of money on this guy... something to the tune of 8 million guaranteed, along with draft picks.
2) Washington claimed this guy off the waiver wire - who now has an ACL injury - on top of the legal problems , league problems, and now an arterial injury.

Conclusion?

Reuben Foster is single-handedly taking out competitive NFC opponents. I hope the RAMS sign him next.
