If the Saints were to sign Chris Harris at $14 mil/year, they would lose the 3rd round compensatory pick gained if Teddy were to sign elsewhere.

Yep, our biggest issues in the secondary is low IQ. We got loads of talent, but no elite minds to depend on in the playoffs
