He "accomplished" what he wanted to do in pushing his twisted worldview into our country's national security and defense policy.

I'm sure he's more than happy to go back into the private sector at this point.

Being incompetent is not grounds for Impeachment. You have to committ a "high crime or misdemeanor." I think Bush is incompetent, but the fact is that he has not committed a "high crime or misdemeanor." At least, there is really no proof or even a credible allegation that he has.
