You’ve never played football. The defense is dropping defenders and making the QB read the defense which he obviously can’t do. Trust the coaches who get paid millions to make these decisions.
There’s lots of ways to scramble an egg. Yes Hendrickson is missed but it’s not affecting the end result so far.

We are so obviously a better team right now when we run a ball control offense that slowly wears out opposing defenses. It isn’t as exciting, but it keeps our pass rushers fresh and can break opponents’ spirits.
