Did anyone else notice that even after allowing just 58 yards rushing, our rush D dropped from 1st to 2nd. The Bears moved up to 1st after allowing 22 yards rushing.

I couldn't care less about the rushing yard or rushing yard allowed stat. All I care about it yards per attempt and yards per attempt allowed.

Saints allowing 3.7 YPA

Thats incredible considering all the love that defense has been getting. I know we are a little suspect on the back end, at least compared to Chicago, but our defense is coming around with the addition of Apple. There's a lot of ground to be made up in the passing game, but yesterday's performance looked like a top defense in the league imo.
