Losing any pick is bad, but a 7th rounder can be plucked from on any practice squad in the league.

I beg to differ. There are good players on PS. If Toon #4, Tiller #6, and Marcel Jones #7 were not put on IR last season then they all would have gone to PS at some time or other last year. We could have potentially lost 3 draft choices to other teams (or else Joe Morgan). That's my opinion.

Lets be realistic fellas.
