If I remember correctly, Leonhard played for Ryan in Baltimore, and he brought him over to NY when he got the HC job. Leonhard made their defense work, and when he got injured, the defense really tailed off.

If Woodson could be had for the same contract as Leonhard he would be a Saint. Pretty sure we got him for basically nothing with no guaranteed money.

Thread is about to go ham with the Harper speculation now though. This signing has no effect on Roman imo. It's Jim Leonhard, a guy who ended 2 seasons in a row on IR not to long ago and will be 31 this season
