Strange that Gray is mentioned before Onyemata. Saints have great special teams, which brings me to the Morstead question.

JT Gray is really important.

Onyemata was coming back regardless. This was either just giving him more money as a bonus to lower the cap. It was expected.
Just a simple restructure that converts salary and roster bonus to a signing bonus to spread the cap hit.

Since a restructure locks you into a player's contract longer I'd wait on his till later. I'd do Thomas, Jordan, J.Jenkins, etc. first.
Exactly. A Peat restructure would be close to a last-ditch effort to get under the cap.

They may have to if some other situations get dicey. For example, if we feel like we have to keep Marcus but the negotiations get a bit high, maybe you tie yourself to Peat to make sure you don't lose another good player.

But yeah, I would push Peat pretty far down the line on potential restructures.
