Jimmy Graham was on track to be a Hall of Famer with the New Orleans Saints, so when the team traded him in March 2015, the move left several players shocked.

It didn't take long, though, for Saints players to see why the organization wanted to acquire center Max Unger — as well as a first-round pick that became linebacker Stephone Anthony.

For right tackle Zach Strief, it took one practice into organized team activities.

"People are naturally going to follow Max because when he does it, he does it the right way," Strief said.
