Sheldon Rankins used to throw a football left-handed in his backyard.

Growing up 35 miles east of Atlanta, he wanted to be like Atlanta Falcons star quarterback Michael Vick.

It quickly became clear, though, that Rankins' future wasn't as a lightning-fast, dual-threat quarterback.

First of all, he's right-handed, so the Vick comparison pretty much ended there. Second, he started to grow, and most guys his size can't move like Vick.
