The more greatness you can add to a locker room the better. Evans is one of the best to ever do it so his word carries weight. Not all great players turn out to be great coaches but having Evans around is a good thing.

I’m always reminded how many Cowboy greats stay within the organization and start their coaching careers within the organization.
