Since 2006 under Payton/Loomis, Saints have found some great players in Rds 3-7. Here is some draft profile info I found for 15 good finds (red font is what I believe reasoning is player outperformed draft spot):

- Zach Strief (7th) - Northwestern - 6'8" 349, 5.38 forty, played 3 sports HS, 40 RT starts college, Honor Student, fell in draft with back issues

Some trends: small schools and transfers, multiple sport athletes and great athletic profiles, limited experience or small school stars

Who is that 3-7 Rd pick this year that will make this list in the future and why will they outperform their draft spot?

That's some serious talent in the back half of the draft. No clue who it will be this year, but I'm looking forward to seeing Kaden Ellis on the field.
