Great post....
Interesting point: Bush on the field for 32 times and about half of the time at WR
I would be interested in when Bush and Bell are on the field at the same time...what plays were called and where did Bush line up. I think this personnel group will be the one that gives the Eagles the most problem.

All 7 times Bush was in the slot or lineup at WR at the snap
1.Bell 7 run 1st play of 2nd drive
2.Bell 5 run 1st play of 4th drive
3.Bell 13 run 1st play of 6th drive
4.Bell 9 run 3rd play of 6th drive[2nd and 10]
5.Bush 7 yard catch on 2nd and goal at the 10 on 8th play of 6th drive
6.Bell 2 run on 2nd and goal on 3 on the next play
7.Bush 8 catch on quick pass on 3rd play of 2nd half.

Nice....seems like this combo gained a lot of productive yards (5yds or >) I full expect to see this against the Eagles.

This is obviously a huge service that you're doing for us and an excellent job. I do have a question though =P

Is this pre-motion or post-motion? For instance you note Bush lined up at WR 15 times. I'm assuming that was "he ended up lined up at WR 15 times" but a number of times he actually lined up at HB and then motioned out there?

0WR-1
1WR-15:Meachem 11 Colston 4
2WR-34:Colston/Henderson 19 Colston/Meachem 8 Moore/Henderson 5
Meachem/Henderson 2
3WR-17 Colston/Moore/Henderson 13 Colston/Moore/Meachem 4
4WR-2

WR Snaps-Colston 50 Henderson 43 Meachem 27 Moore 24

I found this part particularly helpful. While there's no such thing as a #1 WR, #2 WR, #3 WR, etc., I think actual numbers like these make it pretty clear which WRs the coaching staff have the most confidence in.

Post motion at the snap of the ball for the formations in which they lineup at.
Example the 2nd last play of the 1st half the personel was 1RB/2TE/2WR but Bush want in motion and at the snap he was wide out left and the formation was 3WR/2TE.

Im not sure that this shows confidence in personell as much as it shows which matchups they hope to exploit. These numbers can and probably will change from game to game. Take Moore for instance. Even though he is not in many 2 WR sets he is in every 3 WR set. I doubt that Payton or Brees suddenly lost confidence in Moore. Moore was and still is a clutch receiver as shown in his inclusion in every 3 receiver set. I just think that other receivers were better matches against the Detroit secondary or better blockers in the 2 WR sets when we run or throw screens. When it comes to third and we-gotta-pass yardage plays Moore is there.

Yeah, I didn't mean to imply that the coaches lack confidence in Moore. Moore is great at "what he does." But I think in guys like Colston & Henderson they see a complete, well-rounded game. Catching, blocking, beating coverage downfield, etc.

With the TV angles this would he hard plus doing all 11 players instead of just 5 skill players on offence.
