I'm heading there this weekened for a vaction and I was just wondering where is a spot I can watch the Saints-49er's game? Thanks for the help!

You should be able to go into any of the strip casinos and go into the Sportsbook. Most should have every game on.

I recommend Caesar's or the Venetian. Caesar's is probably the nicest one on the strip, but it's usually packed. Venetian is less crowded.

Bet a few bucks on a couple of games and you'll get free drinks at either of those. Venetian will give you top shelf, whatever you want. We were betting $2 per race on horse racing and drinking triple goose/club like they were going out of style. Pretty sure the casino lost money on that deal.

Thanks man! I've never been. I really can't wait for this weekend.

Man, when I go, I go to Caesar's early and get a killer table in the Sport's Book. There is something spiritual about watching a game there. Also, if you bet $2 on each horse race, they will give you a voucher for a free drink (the big ones, not the freebies from the tables). We collected those like the were currency, because in a way, they were.

Caesar's. You won't regret it. Just get there EARLY with whomever you are going with, and go off and gamble in shifts while reserving the table.

Yeah, we've never been for football but I've done basketball there. It was packed. We went to the Venetian which is _almost_ as nice. Plus, they aren't as sheisty on the drinks as Caesar's is.

Either way, you're going to need to get there early for the games. There is almost always _something_ to bet on, if you're bored. Even soccer is interesting if you have money on it :hihi:

I went to Vegas for the first time in January, and absolutely loved it. Yes, most of the sports books have all the games, unfortuately I couldn't stay away from the poker tables long enough to watch them.

Ceasars is the best but get there early. Very early. Also ESPN zone in New York New York is cool, but the have a minimum of $10 per person per hour. Not hard to do on $5 beers.

I'm staying at New York New York. So thanks for that heads up!

I've lived in Vegas for about six years now and there are no shortage of good places to catch the games. That being said, if you're staying at the New York there is an excellent sportsbook to watch games at across the street at Bally's Casino. Caesar's and Venetian are a bit further down the road, but still a quick cab ride away.

This is the "slow" time in Vegas so the crowds won't be as bad as usual but if you want to get a table or good spot for the game, plan on being there by 9:00 a.m. at the latest or you will find a lot of seats are reserved already. Get there early or you may be standing the whole game and make sure to ask for your drink tickets if you place any bets at the sports books (the key is to make several different trips to place your bet as they give tickets out each time so if you are going to bet $50.00 on a game, I would suggest you make two trips and place $25.00 each time or even 4 trips at $12.50 to maximize the amont of tix you get!) A bit of a pain but will save you about $5.00 each per drink. Don't forget to tip your waitress and have a great time.

If you have access to a car, check out the Red Rock casino resort. Awesome sportsbook with some HUGE screens. It is about 20 minutes from the Strip located in Summerlin. I plan to be out there the weekend the Foreskins are in NOLA. There are some favorite places fans of NFL teams congregate to watch their team, but the list I saw did not have a place listed for Saints fans.

New York New York has a theatre for NFL

NYNY has a theatre that shows several NFL games at the same time on a big screen. One game is featured - larger picture and sound. Get there early and request the Saints game. There is no charge or minimum for this theatre. It is just accross from the sports book.

i watched the lsu/arkansas game at the bellagio this week. free drinks for anyone sitting in there. ceasers was nice but it takes forever to get a drink and if you aren't betting horses they aren't free. I watched the saints/falcons at the palms just b/c i was staying there and had to leave to the airport right after the game.

Having relocated to Vegas I would have to say that my favorite place is Quarters. NOLA food, NOLA theme, and the waitresses wear Saints gear on Sundays. There is one not too far from the strip if you have a car. I have not been in awhile (Got Sunday Ticket), but I'll tell you for the Monday nighter it was Awesome.

For any out of towner that is missing home that place hits the spot.
