I thought the same.....until I watched them play yesterday. Now I'm not sure I want to hitch to that wagon haha. I'm going to pick carefully this time....could be the difference between the Patriots and the browns.

I picked 'em, even if they suck. If Mettenburger doesn't play this week I'll be furious.
Hackenberry (sp) was atrocious. I was surprised he stayed in so long. If this is a developmental league, give some other guys a shot. You don't need to find that "frandchise" player at any given position.

I'm interested to see how Singletary develops linebackers.

Don’t get excited about Memphis. Singletary might be as bad an offensive HC as has ever coached. He thinks O is strictly on field to run time and give defense rest. He left Jim Harbaugh a Super Bowl defense and all Harbaugh had to do was be avg on offense to win there.

Watched Atl at Orl, wasn’t much of a contest. Steve Spurtier is the head coach. Some of the comments you hear the coaches say lol. They one upped the NFL the replay official can call down to the field to correct errors! Atl lost big time it was enjoyable!😂

I wish folks would warn before linking John Sigler articles like they do Jeff Duncan. I accidentally gave him a click.
His work is woefully lacking. For example, he listed zero former Saints on Birmingham when there are three. If you want a complete list of former Saints on AAF teams, visit my thread.

This "player recruitment affiliation" is pretty worthless in terms of us picking a team to root for because so far it has resulted in only Davis Tull and Colton Jumper. Other teams have as many as five former Saints (Arizona), but because their Alma mater is in a different protected area or we aren't their last team, they didn't go to Memphis.
