Division games are never easy. You knew that would be the case Sunday when the New Orleans Saints hosted the Carolina Panthers.

You knew Teddy Bridgewater and Joe Brady wanted to show the Saints what they could do. Both acquitted themselves quite well.

Coming off a bye, you were not sure what you would see from the Saints.

What we saw was a very good offensive performance without key players, a good kicking game and a shaky defense, at best.

Thomas Morstead had quite a game. He never punted, not once.
