Before the season, a lot of people probably thought Sunday’s matchup between the Carolina Panthers and New Orleans Saints might feature a 3-0 team versus a 1-2 team. They just never would have guessed that the Saints would be the undefeated half of the equation.
But they are, and they have looked impressive doing it thus far. The Saints reopened the Louisiana Superdome Monday with a 23-3 win over Atlanta, a team that handled Carolina and Tampa Bay in the first two weeks.
