Couple of who dats down here in the Republic of Panama, one a fan since when they saints played in Tulane Stadium and myself from the Dome Patrol days.

Been watching through DirecTV, but it's nothing like taking over a bar and declaring it Saints territory when the season starts up. If you're a Saints fan in Panama, post it up!

I would love to visit the San Blas Islands and Bocas del Toro. I here Panama has much more reasonably priced beachfront in comparison to Costa Rica.

You've heard right. San Blas is AMAZING. You camp out in these little tiny maybe 80mx80m paradise islands with nothing but your tent and your bbq with some friends. Everybody who has experienced it is floored.

Bocas is beautiful too, just not as untouched, lots of expats and can be expensive.

Prices depend on where you look. Personally, I think Panama is superior to Costa Rica because you get the city, world class shopping, great restaurants, casinos, bars, pubs, luxury movie theatres that make your local US cinema seem antiquated.

And when you want to get out of the city and visit nature you just have to drive less than an hour to be on the Pacific or the Carribean.. or 15 minute to be in the middle of the reinforest.

San Jose is not a city, it's just one big town and it's not near the coasts. Blech. No idea why it has the renown it has. We have good looking women too
