Delvin Breaux progressing, Terron Armstead day to day for Saints | Saints | theadvocate.com

Did not participate in practice : LB Stephone Anthony (hamstring), T Terron Armstead (knee), DT Nick Fairly (not injury related), WR Jake Lampman (knee), CB Sterling Moore (abdomen)

Limited participation : CB Delvin Breaux (fibula), LB Dannell Ellerbe (quad), G Senio Kelemete (neck), RB Daniel Lasco (hamstring), T Andrus Peat (groin), C Max Unger (shoulder)

Breaux needs to play this week if he's healthy. I wouldn't hold him out just because he hasn't gotten much practice.

Sunday is the season. 3-4, in this division, you can compete. Falling to 2-5 would mean it's basically over.

Shut Armstead down for the season. He's been fighting his injury since last season. Why burn him up when we are stuck in the mud this season.

I totally agree. Despite how things have gone, esp the injuries, I wish we coulda eeked out jus one more win ( esp last week? Woulda been 3 in a row, n on a roll). 3-3 would have us in good shape, n with guys coming back soon, great shape for the rest of the season. But 3-4 is gonna have to do rite now.

Underhill has a legitimate red S on his chest, with a cape. What a great guy to have on the Saints' beat!

Most others are along the lines of Woody and Buzz Lightyear.

This is a little different than what was posted earlier.

Something tells me that Ellerbe would've been our short-term IR guy if it hadn't been for Rankins needing that spot. Seems like he's on the same return schedule as Rankins and Breaux.
