People just put the Saints in that sentence because CB is a need and we have enough cap space. That be the reason our name is always in the teams thats interested sentence.

This is via PFTRumormill.

Of course, all this probably is is us questioning his availability, but I'm frankly shocked that we'd even kick the tires here. I guess that means Haynesworth might be a viable option for the team as well.

The ONLY way I would sign him is to have a behavioral clause in his contract. IF he were to get in trouble PRO RATE his contract or something along those lines. Also give him on the field preformance ased incentives to make him earn his money. Off the field he has some serious issues but on the field he is an awesome CB.

Whew......here's to the Cowboys throwing away some of their picks on him. I honestly didn't expect the Saints to put out any feelers for him. I wonder if that was before they signed Gay.....

If we can do something that would prevent bad behavior I wouldn't be against it. He says he has turned a corner but I don't know if it is really true.

I like your idea... If we're really interested in him we should trade our 6th or 5th for him and have a behavioral clause in his contract.

Another angle is that the Saints are cited as among those having expressed interest, not just "may" be interested.

I would take him based on talent, but he won't command a big deal so we could cut him when ever. There is very little risk in this.

The risk to talent ratio makes this a good deal for the Saints.

I can't believe that the Saints would touch this guy with a mile long pole. Pacman has to be the one of the most thick-headed persons ever for him to have gotten himself in the jam he is in or maybe he has a major personality disorder. Sounds to me like his agent is trying to simulate interest with false rumours that can't be verified to drive up his possible contract price.

Pacman made it clear on the radio here in Atlanta that he wants to be a Cowboy. So given they brought a talented but troubled guy like T.O. into the fold, it wouldn't shock me if he went there. They need cover guys anyway. By the way, Pacman is such an ignoramus that I couldn't bear listening to him for more than a couple of minutes.

Don't Think That Payton Is Interested In All The Baggage That Comes With Jones. Let's Build The Team Thru The Draft And Bring In Younger Playmakers.

He is a punk..thug.. dont take the risk..reminds me of a young Rae Lamar Carruth (born January 20, 1974 in Sacramento, California) is a former American football wide receiver in the NFL for the Carolina Panthers.....
