A couple of 3rd rounders for Fontenot, if that happens, will be nice, but honestly they are probably not worth losing a talented executive like Fontenot. However, it is special to see guys who have worked hard in the trenches for many years get an opportunity to progress in their careers. He has earned it as has Ireland, but sure hope we don't lose both this year!
