Mickles: Saints not fazed about Eagles QB

When the New Orleans Saints defense went to work Wednesday to begin preparing for Sunday’s game against the Philadelphia Eagles, they didn’t waste time worrying about who they’ll see at quarterback.

That’s not to say they don’t have a ton of respect for Donovan McNabb, who has led his team to five NFC Championship Game appearances and a Super Bowl in his career. Nothing could be further from the truth.

But whether McNabb plays with the fractured rib he suffered in last week’s 38-10 win over Carolina or not, which could come down to a gametime decision, wasn’t a big concern of the Saints.
