It is astounding to me how professional our players are this year. And last year.

All business, so articulate, so intelligent, so focused.....it is very obvious in interview after interview.

There are zero knuckleheads anymore.

This isn’t by accident either....it’s blatantly obvious the team the Payton, Loomis, etc is creating.

This team is full of leadership types.

I think it started last year by bringing in Teo, Klein, Okafor, Warford, etc.

The legendary draft was full of highly intelligent, focused players.

Then we bring in Watson, Coleman, Vereen, Meredith, DDavis, same theme over and over.

Drafting Davenport, this guy already has a calmness/intelligence like Rankins.

The more I hear them all speak, to a man, it’s clear what’s important.

It’s obvious now even the fringe players have to be A+ types or they’ll never stand a chance.

And this behavior isn’t sacrificing talent.

Nope. We are so talented, focused, and have the right mindset up and down the roster.

Couldn’t be prouder of our team and couldn’t be more excited about our future.

And we bottomed out with Junior, learned our lesson, and have been building it back up the right way.

And they still have some fun out there, as we saw with the photo-op poses and the quarterback challenges,

I am very impressed with their interviews as well. A group of hard working intelligent men.
That's what u want on a team.
Talent and hard work makes a a winning team. Pure talent with a head case is just a flash in pan.

Makes you wonder why we pursued Suh so heavily.
