No need to add him to the 53. Teams can have 55 active on game day by elevating 2 practice squad players to the game day roster.

Roster management at its best! this way we cut someone we want back on the roster or on the PS gameday. 24 hours they clear waivers which makes it hard for other teams to snag them.
