I dont understand, everybody wanted him gone after last season and even into this year now we are surprised he is gone. I for one thought he was a bad fit, he did not run withi power, he was a fast back but he did not fit the role Payton and Co. signed him for (Front office mistake) and Cadet plays the satellite back role better though he is less appealing to fans on this board because Spiller is a big name but people have to remember once he got picked up last year and plugged back into that role he added something (skillset) that was missing.

Something must have happened behind the scenes. There's just a lot of weirdness around this situation. On paper Spiller should have flourished here. I don't get it.
