Depends on who you ask. I'll say somewhere around $2 - $3 million over? But I"m not expert .

I'm glad he did this.

I've never understood why so many guys (on this team or others) make a big deal about restructuring. You'd think they would be glad to not be cut and asked to stay - just work the money out differently. It's always seemed so common sense.
