The New Orleans Saints have clicked on offense the entire season, and the defense has come on in the past month to put the team in position for a potential run to close the regular season.

Special teams, however, has been an issue outside of punter Thomas Morstead, whose 48.9 gross punting average ranks third in the league.

The Saints recently addressed the kicking game, which experienced well-documented woes with blocked kicks, by bringing aboard Kevin O'Dea and the jury remains out if O'Dea will have the desired impact.

But one area of special teams continues to be missing entering Week 13's game against the Detroit Lions.

From muffed catches to a lack of big plays, the Saints return game has been an enigma in 2016.
