I think you hire the guy that keeps most of the staff in place. Which I think D Allen is the guy that does that the best. Carmichael comfortable in his position as OC. Keep the staff the same and you can keep the winning schematic formula thats been consistent. Strong Roster, Weird year for us last year. Need some talent upgrades in some spots but roster is ready to win.
