In today's NFL I'm not sure there IS such a thing as a tweener anymore. Which is probably a good thing for guy's like Kwon Alexander whose body is really somewhere between your classic 90's safety and inside linebacker.

My usage of “tweener” is in the sense of the DE/LB hybrids (like this guy is) that positions are dependent on whether their team runs a 43 front or a 34 front.
