Aside from a focus on special teams, this is Sean's interesting in creating competition at every spot. The players who make the team will have earned their spot on the roster; they will be the best of the best, that is, among those who are competing for a chance to be a part of this Super Bowl team.

Are these signings any indication of the drop off we have in house now without MI?

I truly hope All this money being spent on the bottom of the roster doesn’t take away from the space needed to sign Gerald McCoy.

These signings won't affect a thing, the cap counts only once the roster is set, I think to 56 players.

And bring your hopes up for getting McCoy. The reality is that he has a strong market, some of the suitors are really good teams with tons of cap space. Certainly the Colts seem to be an attractive option for him.
