The New Orleans Saints are adding a speedy wide receiver to their roster.
Corey Fuller, who was on the Detroit Lions practice squad, will sign with the Saints' active roster, according to a tweet from his agent Greg Barnett.
The 6-foot-2 Fuller was a sixth-round pick in 2013. In 28 career games, he has 18 catches for 288 yards, and his only touchdown was a game-winner to help the Lions beat the Saints in Week 7 of 2014.
A former college track star at Kansas before playing football at Virginia Tech, Fuller joined the Lions with potential to be a deep threat. He ran the 40-yard dash in 4.43 seconds at the combine.
