is it possible to get a plate if you don't live in the state? Not a real plate for a car but as a novelty?

they have a store in baton rouge, but i'm not exactly sure how it works with getting special plates of just 0's like the demo one in my avatar

Remember the DMV is personal check, or straight cash hommie.

I'm hating on you Louisianians right now for 2 reasons:

1) Y'all can get the Superbowl Champs tag and we can't;

2) Tags in Mississippi are sky high. My wife's tag is $805. Mine is over $300. This is for one year.

I got my today #384, the first 300 went to the Saints. I drove to BR to the state DMV and there were a lot of people getting them. All of the ladies working had on Saints shirts
