Considering the preseason expectations most held for the Saints, this is pretty heady stuff.
When one looks at the NFL standings and sees the numbers next to "New Orleans" starting with wins and losses (7-4) and continuing on to record within the conference (6-1) and within the division (4-1), and noting just where the Saints rank in the NFC South (first place), it's easy to get carried away.
Postseason. A home playoff game, perhaps. Home-field advantage? A conference championship?
Dare to dream beyond those possibilities?
