Saints to sign Randal Gay and draft Dacote Fagg. During practice Fagg is sure to be an incredible ball receiver all over the field, but during practice Gay would be sure to stay on his tail, and stick right behind him. Gay on Fagg would be an instant addition of excitement to the team.
