We need him to get signed if he does the 3.6 mil dead money and 5.5mil in space opened will change we will he 2.7 of the dead money off leaving only 900k in cap space and it will free a total of 8.3 in space next year.

I could be wrong but aren't we on the hook for the difference in contracts? He could sign for minimum and still get all the rest from us.
