Saints Tribute Video (1 Viewer)

Does anyone know how to find the Saints tribute video from last season where at the end they're playing Coldplay's Fix You as they show Reggie's touchdown against the bears?
I saw it over the summer and it gave me goosebumps just watching it.... if anyone could help me out it'd be great.

ive seen alot of videos where its all the coldplay song but the one im talking about is a video where its all clips of the 06-07 season and at the end there playing the coldplay and a part that goes "the light will guide you home and i will try to fix you" in acapella plays while they show reggies touchdown against the bears
it gives me chills down my spine
