Yeah, this I like. Seems like in the past we've had a tendency to fall in love with one guy and are ready to pay whatever necessary to get him - sometimes to our detriment.

Unless they have an early third round grade on either Eason or Fromm or an LB like Baun or DT like Gallimore, then just stay put.

I don't like taking from the 3rd to the 4th because of the supplemental picks in between.
