To be fair, the Saints caught Seattle at the perfect time... at home following Seattle's Sunday night five-quarter, extremely hard fought defensive battle that ended in a 6-6 tie against a division rival on the road.
Seattle's starters played a ridiculous number of snaps in the AZ game.
Kelcie McCray, subbing for Kam Chancellor, played 108 snaps, KJ Wright and Bobby Wagner had 102 each, Earl and Sherm 99 each, Shead 95, Lane 86, Bennett 81 and Avril 77.
By comparison, 60 to 75 snaps is typical for "most snaps" in a 4-quarter game.
Sometimes, it's not WHO you play but rather it's WHEN you played them.
