I'm actually going to the game for the first time in a loooong time. I'll be sporting the Rush jersey tomorrow. Who Dat!

I think that color rush uniform would really be sweet with a different helmet finish. Matte black would be cool, but something like this would really go with the rest of the style:

Aw yea. Years ago, someone did a mock-up of Reggie in an alt uniform with a white helmet that I thought of immediately upon seeing the color rush scheme. There's something about the white helmets.

The white helmet looks good. However I'm pretty sure I read that teams now I have to wear the same helmet all season long as a part of the new concussion rules.

Sure they can pay for the painting and re-painting of it, though I don't know what that entails nor can I recall any team doing that in recent seasons since that rule was implemented.

This should be done for all three of the pants colors. Put black & gold stripes on the white pants, black & white on the gold pants, and gold & white on the black pants.

I like the solid black stripe on the gold pants, though.

I just like how the multi-stripes ties in with the jersey and helmet stripes. The look completes the uniform.

Yeah, the helmets always stay the same. But it's still fun to think about. Maybe they'll change that. College fans seem to like it when teams do alt uni's with new helmets. Sells more merch.

When will they wear the color way jerseys. Thurday night...awe mane. Thought it would be a home game. But o well....Thursday night here come the Saints....Who Dat. All white colorway...nice!!
