I'm curious as to what everyone will be doing. I'm going to eat the buffet at the Casino and then come home and watch the game.

I'm excited to see the game tomorrow. Since I've been working the Renaissance Festival, I haven't gotten to see too many games on Sundays. I hope everyone has a delicious and save Thanksgiving!

Going up her parent's home for dinner. She's gonna stay there with the kids till later, I'm heading back here for the game. Yup, they know how I am when it comes to the Saints. WHO DAT!!

Going to my wife's sister's house in Houma. Have our Thanksgiving meal around noon then watch the game after. :9:

Not doing much for thanksgiving. Most of my family is in town, so they'll be at the house watching the game together most likely.

We usually go to my parent's in New Iberia and then race home to have dessert at my wife's Aunt's house in Metairie. This year my sister's 21st birthday is on Thanksgiving so my parents are taking her to Las Vegas, my older sister is headed to Detroit to her in-laws and my wife's Dad is not talking to her Aunt. This means I am cooking Thanksgiving at my house and I am actually pretty excitied about it. I did my shopping last night and I just stuck my bird in the brine. I made cheesecake and spinich dip for tomorrow. I am checking now to make sure the sweet potatoe recipe I made up is going to work and I think it's going to be great. Oh, I need to go make my cranberry sauce so it can chill. Most of all I am happy I don't have to run all over the world and I can chill at home, drink a lot of beer and enjoy the game!

Who Dat!!!!!!!

I'm not sure how Thanksgiving will go. My grandpaw is in the hospital after having open heart surgery on Monday. He's a huge Saints fan but he's been out of it the last couple days. Hopefully it all works out and he's doing better tomorrow and he can see the game and we can have a little bit of a Thanksgiving.

I've got some inlaws and some of my family coming over for late lunch. Close friends joining us for dessert.
I'm cooking traditional meal with Turkey done on the grill, some mashed potatoes, stuffing, green beans and a sweet potato pudding.

Desserts consist of a trifle, peach pecan pie and Pumpkin pie. Some ice cream will be included.
For post meal, I have the projector and big screen all lined up and ready to go for the game at 3:15pm.

I'm really psyched that our Saints are playing. It changes the whole feel of the day.

Might go to my Maw Maw's for dinner. If not I'm either gonna chill solo at the house, or go to the Silver Slipper for the game.

I'm going to be befriending Native Americans and introducing them to firewater!

We moved to an area where we have no nearby family, so, about 6-7 years ago we started inviting friends over for dinner. It's now an annual thing and they are our family. We got a 22lb fresh ham to roast, and two turkeys, one to deep fry and one to smoke (I think they're smoking it, I'm not in charge of cooking, I'm in charge of getting drunk and watching football.) Bloody Marys for the early game (wife is a Pats fan) then apps at 2pm and dinner at 4pm. And we do an annual poker game afterwards and have a big group that come over just for that.

We don't have thanksgiving obviously over here so I'm at work. Although my family have started having a full thanksgiving meal each year and watching the football together after we get home. Meal should be ready during lions game.

It's my parents turn to have us over this year so looking forward to some good food, good beer and football.

normal day in Canada :(

It'll be me and the Ole lady this year. We're gonna have a few friends over and I was told that I was to fry a turkey. This being my first time to fry one I told her to get some tube steaks and burger meat just in case something goes really wrong. I have plenty of beer on hand and some whiskey for those who so chose. This will be the 2nd Thanksgiving without my dad so I will be thinking of him, knowing he is looking down on us with a big smile watching me fry the bird. WHO DAT!!!!
