I always felt It was strange for the Panthers to put up a statue for one of the greatest Saint player and Dome patrol member Sam Mills. That like the Ravens erecting a statue for Steve Smith.

My favorite Saints defender of all time. I am so thankful I got to watch him play growing up. Kudos Sam! RIP!

I enjoyed watching the 30 for 30 on him. He meant a lot to two franchises. Very few players can say that and he was a star in the USFL. Think it's cool the Panthers erected a statue of him. His uniform numbers have a goldish tint. Mills might not have been really big but he played large.
