Payton needs to send a message that under performers will be benched. Fleener should be the first to ride the pine. Following Fleener should be Cadet.

When you continue to play under performers, you are sending a message to your team that you settle for mediocrity. Winners don't settle for mediocrity.

Giving up on Fleener this soon makes no sense. You don't gain anything.

The real person who should be sacked is the person who thought that Cadet was an NFL player.

It is a symptomatic problem with this organization. We continuously pick underacheievers and magically think we can make them pro bowlers.

Bench these *******s who continue to shoulder tackle instead of wrapping up.

It wouldn't hurt my feelings if B Coleman never got on the field again

We've scratched luck a few times, but the organization tends to think that is a game plan for success. It's amazing that Cadet is still on this team. Heck, even Lasco should get a shot.

I'm not the biggest fan of Fleener and I was semi-opposed to signing him, but it's way too early to give up on him. For one thing, it can take time to grow chemistry between a QB and a receiver, for another thing he was signed to play a hybrid TE role, not be a traditional inline TE. The Hoomanawanui injury really hurt us.
