I dont belive in train hard u get a job .. really ...

grant and smith are starters ... but they dont perform

The point was to train hard until you perform well enough to get the job done. Unfortunately he only has so many slots and those 2 guys are in 2 of them. I'm with you and beleive that if they don't perform this season, they will be working elsewhere. We'll see.

Don't forget about Curtis Johnson and the great job he has done in coaching the receivers. In the few training camp sessions I have been to I noticed that he is quick to praise anyone that makes a good play (even the DB's) but also quick to get on them when they do wrong no matter who it is.
