Marcus Murphy might be the most gifted return man on the New Orleans Saints roster.

But his biggest weakness might keep him off the 53-man roster.

Murphy, whose promising rookie season as a return man was offset by ball security issues, fumbled his first punt return chance against the Houston Texans on Saturday night, the second straight game with a fumble on a return.

"We get a three-and-out to start the game, and the first punt's on the ground," Saints head coach Sean Payton said. "It just can't happen. We'll find another returner."
