Just upgraded my wife to the iPhone 4 from her older 3G. She has someone at her work that offered her $150 for the old one, so I went to iTunes and restored it to factory settings to clean everything out, but I was wondering if I should remove the SIM card also, or is that something that the new owner would need?

Thanks in advance!

Remove it. They will need to use one of their own anyway.

yes.. remove the sim card, they have no use for it..
I don't think restoring factory settings on the phone changed anything on the sim card, may still have some of your info on it..
if they activate the phone, they will get their own sim card..
